The Differences Between Tadalafil, Vardenafil and Sildenafil Citrate

Saturday, 2 August 2014 02:45 by Leo March

Tadalafil, Vardenafil and Sildenafil Citrate work by a similar mechanism to cause erections. There are subtle differences in how long the Medicine works and how quickly it works. Tadalafil works a little longer than Sildenafil Citrate. They both take effect in about 30 minutes. With Vardenafil, the effects last for about 5 hours. With Sildenafil Citrate, the effects last approximately 4 hours.

Tadalafil works a bit faster (within about 15 minutes), and the effects last much longer -- up to 36 hours in some cases. Sildenafil Citrate can start working in as little as 15 minutes and last up to 6 hours. Sildenafil Citrate is an orally disintegrating tablet that contains the same active ingredient as Vardenafil but is not interchangeable with Vardenafil.

If One of These Medicine Isn't Effective for Erectile Dysfunction, Can I Try Another?

Yes, but because these Medicine work the same way, it's unlikely that you'll have success with one if you've failed to achieve an adequate erection with another.
