I have been using Kamagra from Exact Pharma(previously Mshwt) for quite a few years now. Before that I was buying them from a guy who was selling them for £5 each tab.!!!. And before that I was using the 'real thing' V****a on private prescription from my doctor at £8 per tab.!!!!!

I find that if I take them with an empty stomach they take roughly an hour to work. If I have had a meal not long before they can take up to 2 hours.

I do get three mild side effects, but strangely, not every time. One is a feeling that my nose is a bit stuffed up, the second is my face feels hot and I look flushed (reddening of the face), and the third is a mild feeling of a thick head - not a headache exactly, it's not painful just feels stuffed up.

I take the 100 mg dosage, and I am 66 years old. This will shock the experts, but I do sometimes take 2 per day - depending on the circumstances, if you know what I mean :<).

Hi there,
I too have been using Kamagra for upwards of 7 years,through a number of channels then through MSH and for a year plus through Pharma
I have always received the tablets on time and they have never varied, they have always assisted me in performing like i used to do when younger (i am now 46)
Cant fault the service/price or effect, i have only suffered (slightly) from flushed face when the tablets start to take effect, there has been no other adverse effects and i wouldnt be without it!

I just received my latest order today 8th. January, and I only ordered on 4th. Fantastic service.

In my last comment I should have mentioned that the slight side effects I described are excatly the same as when I used the proprietary brand V****a, so in my opinion there is no difference between Kamagra and V****a.

I actually could not do without them now, and if I had to pay the price for the originals it would be killing me

There is a campaign in the UK at present to make people aware that many internet sites sell fake pharmacuetical products.

I just wanted to comment that I feel very lucky to have started to use exactpharma, and I know without doubt that the Kamgara is genuine.

I probably would not buy any pharmacuetical product on the internet if I had not already used exactpharma.

I would be quite happy to speak to anybody who is nervous about buying, because I know from my experience it would be very expensive without a genuine supply at reasonable prices.

I do not want to give my contact details out but maybe exactpharma can find a way to put me in touch with anybody concerned.
